1. General Information

1. This Privacy Policy describes how the StudyQuest mobile application (the “App”) processes data.

2. The data controller (if any personal data is processed) is: Natalia Lato

   hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.

3. The App is intended for users of Apple iOS devices and is distributed via the Apple App Store.

2. Data Processed by the App

1. The App does not require account creation and does not use any login system.

2. The App does not transmit any user data to the Administrator or to any external servers.

3. The following types of data may be created and stored locally on the user’s device:

   • study sessions and focus time,
   • progress statistics, levels, points, streaks, quests,
   • tasks, schedules, and study-related notes,
   • user settings (themes, sounds, haptics, preferences),
   • unlocked or purchased cosmetic items (themes, backgrounds, premium packs).

   These data remain strictly on the user’s device unless included in the device’s own iCloud backup.

4. The App does NOT collect or transfer:

   • names or surnames,
   • email addresses,
   • phone numbers,
   • precise location data,
   • advertising identifiers,
   • any personal identifiers,
   • any data entered into the App outside the user’s own device.

5. If the user has iCloud Backup enabled, the App’s local data may be stored in iCloud as part of the device backup. This processing is carried out by Apple under their own privacy policy and terms, independently from the Administrator.

3. In-App Purchases

1. The App may offer In-App Purchases (IAP), such as cosmetic themes, backgrounds, or premium item packs.

2. All payments are processed entirely by Apple in accordance with Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

3. The Administrator does not receive:

   • credit card details,
   • billing information,
   • the user’s full personal data.

   The Administrator only receives technical confirmation that a purchase was completed so the purchased content can be unlocked.
